We’ll have a free consultation to clarify your goals, style, and the purpose of your photos. We’ll help you choose the perfect location: studio, outdoors, or your home. For outdoor shoots, We’ll bring extra lighting or arrange rental for anything special.

Preparation
Before your session, We’ll send you tips on what to wear and how to prepare. Your outfit should match your style and the mood of your photoshoot — We’ll help you decide and answer any questions.

Your Photoshoot
Your session lasts 20-60 minutes. You can change outfits, try different poses, and move between 1–2 locations if needed. I’ll help you relax, feel confident, and capture your true personality.

Editing & Delivery
Within 7–10 business days, you’ll receive a curated gallery with at least 35 photos, color-corrected and retouched (in color or black and white). All photos are uploaded to a private digital gallery, where you can view, share and download with different sizes.

How should I prepare for the photoshoot?

How do I book a photoshoot?

Can I cancel or reschedule my appointment?

Where does the photoshoot take place?
👉 We offer two options:
— Studio session – a professional space with perfect lighting.
— On-location shoot – at your office, home, or another convenient place.
How long does a photoshoot take?
Headshots session takes between 30 minutes to 1.5 hours.

When can I choose my photos?
You can choose on the spot or later online.
How many photos will I receive?
👉 The price includes one final retouched photo.

How long are my photos stored?
📌 According to the Service Agreement, storage period is 90 days.
👉 Photos can be downloaded within 90 days after delivery. After this period, access may be closed, but you can request an extension.

👉 Photos are available in JPG(most popular) format and multiple sizes for printing, web, and documents.
TIFF(for extra large printing) format are availivle by request.

What if I lose my files?
👉 We can re-send your photos if the storage period hasn’t expired.
When do I pay for the session?
👉 A deposit is required at booking.
