Book Your Session
Start by choosing your session type and preferred date through our online booking system or simply by reaching out. You’ll get a quick confirmation and a gentle reminder before your session. Want to reschedule or adjust details? No problem — we keep it easy and flexible.

We talk about your pet’s personality, needs, and style. We’ll answer your questions and decide on the perfect location — studio, your home, or outdoors.

Preparation
We’ll give you tips for a relaxed, easy session, including how to bring your pet’s favourite toys or treats to help them feel comfortable.

Your Photoshoot
Your session is short, relaxed, and pet-friendly. We work with your animal’s rhythm, capturing candid moments and posed portraits that feel natural.

Editing & Delivery
Within 7–10 business days, you’ll get your curated gallery of pet photos with professional retouching. All photos are delivered digitally, with the option for prints or albums.
How long does the session last?
Usually, the session takes 20–30 minutes. The timing is flexible depending on your pet’s comfort. We always try to keep the shoot relaxed, and can adjust the duration to ensure your pet doesn’t feel stressed.
Can I bring two or more pets for the shoot?
Yes, the Double package is designed for one and more pets. If you have more than one pets, we’ll make sure to capture each of them in a relaxed and natural setting, preserving their unique personalities. But more than two pets will increase the price for $50 for each pet.
How should I prepare my pet for the shoot?
It’s best if your pet is calm and well-rested. Bring along their favourite toys, treats, or anything that makes them happy. Try not to over-excite or stress your pet before the session. If your pet has any special needs, please let us know in advance.
Can I bring family or a child to the session?
Yes, you can bring your family or child for the shoot. We’ll capture warm, friendly moments with your pet and your loved ones, or create individual portraits, based on your wishes.
Can I get all photos from the session, not just the selected ones?
The package includes only selected and edited photos. However, you can purchase the Full JPEG Gallery to get all original photos from the session for an extra fee.
How many processed photos are included in the package?
- The Single package includes 3 edited photos.
- The Double package includes 6 edited photos.
- All photos are delivered in high resolution and in social media format.
Can we shoot in a studio?
We shoot only outdoors, in your yard, park, or at home if this possible. This makes the session more comfortable for your pet and avoids additional stress from moving to a studio.
My pet is very active or shy. Can I still book a session?
Yes, we work with pets of all temperaments, whether energetic, shy, or nervous. Please tell us about your pet’s personality, and we’ll make sure the session is calm and relaxed so they feel safe.
What if my pet is sick, has allergies, injuries, or special needs?
Please let us know about any health issues, allergies, injuries, or special needs in advance. This will help us ensure your pet’s comfort and safety, and choose the best poses that don’t cause discomfort.
When will I get my photos after the session?
You’ll receive your photos within 7–10 business days. We’ll upload your gallery so you can review all photos and choose the ones you’d like to have colour corrected and retouched. We’ll then process your selected images, ready for a beautiful final result.
