How do I book a photoshoot?

Can I cancel or reschedule my appointment?
👉 Yes, but cancellations or reschedules must be made at least 24 hours in advance.
📌 If you cancel within 24 hours or don’t show up, your deposit is non-refundable.
Where does the photoshoot take place?
👉 We offer two options:
— Studio session – a professional space with perfect lighting.
— On-location shoot – at your office, home, or another convenient place.
How long does a photoshoot take?
Headshots session takes between 30 minutes to 1.5 hours.

When can I choose my photos?
You can choose on the spot or later online.
How many photos will I receive?
👉 The price includes one final retouched photo.
👉 Additional images can be purchased separately.

How long are my photos stored?
📌 According to the Service Agreement, storage period is 90 days.
👉 Photos can be downloaded within 90 days after delivery. After this period, access may be closed, but you can request an extension.

👉 Photos are available in JPG(most popular) format and multiple sizes for printing, web, and documents.
TIFF(for extra large printing) format are availivle by request.
Where can I download my photos?

👉 Or you will find the gallery in your Client Portal. You will give an access after the booking.
What if I lose my files?
👉 We can re-send your photos if the storage period hasn’t expired.
When do I pay for the session?
👉 A deposit is required at booking.
